Ane Erézué Illustration

Ane Marcussen Erézué is an illustrator, writer and papercut artist who thrives in between words, forms and colour. 

Her artistic style is characterised by lightness, minimalism and simplicity and she works with pure line drawings to evoke emotions, and papercut art using light and transparency of paper to create visual poetry. 

When writing, Ane aims to synthesize language to its purest form while retaining the richness of expression and feeling. One could describe her style as watercolour writing.

Sometimes Ane disappears into the imaginary world of childhood and comes out with stories and characters that captivate young and old. Her biggest dream is to publish a children’s book. 

Ane takes commissions, gives workshops, does readings of her own texts and is open to collaborations.
