A day dedicated to creativity and sharing the know-how of the 1535° community and their special guests.

This year again, the city of Differdange is proud to open the doors of the 1535° Creative Hub to the public for a new edition of the Creative Day.
What to expect: workshops, live music and DJ sets, immersive installations and experiences, a food village, as well as conferences dedicated

to innovation exploring the new realities of creative professions, and ultimate shopping spots to get your hands on exclusive pieces directly from the creators.

The Mayor of Differdange, Mr. Guy Altmeisch, will say a few words to start with.Madam Stéphanie Obertin, Minister of Digitalization, Research and Higher Education, and Mr. Eric Thill, Minister of Culture and Associate Minister for Tourism, will each give a speech.

A full programme to discover the 1535° creative hub and its residents!

Enjoy workshops for the whole family

Residents of the 1535° are organising many workshops to share their passions with you. You can co-create with your family, pose with your pets, discover the magic of the pen plotter, present the weather on a green screen, knit and craft, and much more.

You can also discover Foley (a special workshop for kids) or the art of creating sound effects for film, at the Sonotron. And you will get to explore sound creation with modular synthesizers at the Hangar, where the Church of Analogue collective will show you the ropes.

Creative Day 2025 is all about sharing ideas with a series of conferences focusing on innovation and creative technologies. Residents, experts, and guests will be sharing their experiences and offering inspiring perspectives.

Get ready for a journey through lively rock music, hypnotic electronic beats, industrial sound textures and modular explorations with the music's programming of the Creative Day. Live music and DJ sets will be offering a wide range of genres all day and all evening.

Join the immersive 
360-degree 
experience

At Hangar, it all starts with an invitation to let go. During the day, the space changes to the beat of a sensitive and reactive audiovisual installation, where light, sound and image interact in real time with modular synthesizers.

Between gentle immersion and shared performance, the audience can chill, feel, join in and experiment. The environment gradually changes, showing different sides of the place and the experience, until the evening becomes an open, shared and lively performance stage.

Residents and their guests are turning their spaces into pop-up shops, where you can find designer items, decorative creations, illustrations, textiles and accessories. This creative market is a great way to experience the diversity and talent of the 1535° community. As well as bringing a souvenir back home.
